After registering for a semester, you will receive an invoice detailing your required payment. If you choose to pay for a semester in full, your payment must be received by:

  • Fall Semester = August 8th
  • Spring Semester = January 5th
  • Summer Semester = May 29th

If you choose to pay for a semester in installments (applicable to Fall and Spring semesters only), your payments must be received as follows:

  • Fall Semester = August 8th, September 1, October 1st, and November 1st
  • Spring Semester = January 5th, February 1st, March 1st, and April 1st

Your invoice will explain how much is owed by each date, should you chose to pay in installments.  Please note that a one-time convenience fee of $25 will be assessed to set up installments on your account.

Any late payments will be assessed a $10 late fee.  Any payments not received within 2 weeks of a designated date will result in cancellation of any further lessons.  Please contact us as soon as possible with any questions or concerns, or if you are experiencing difficulty making a payment so that we can keep lessons moving along smoothly!
