If you are the parent of a returning student, please download and complete a registration form and return it to your teacher. Please note a few things:
1) Registration forms will be made available roughly one month before registration closes. Forms received first will receive priority when lessons are scheduled for the semester. Please return your form as early as possible in order to ensure that we are able to assign you one of your desired times.
2) Please list at least three times that you will be available each semester for lessons. It becomes nearly impossible to schedule everyone if too many people provide only one time that they will be available. If you provide only one time, we may not be able to schedule you for a particular semester.
3) Please fill out all of your contact information, even if you have submitted it before. This allows us to easily keep an updated database, making for easier communication to families throughout the semester. Thanks!
